Native bilingual lyrics with language lanes, Smart Text Fit with Reflow, changing the Bible translation by voice with Autopilot, and a read-only Web Stage for pastors and musicians.
- Native bilingual lyrics: a song can carry more than one language, shown stacked, main language large with a smaller translation, alternating, or single-language per output, with a separate layout for each output. Bracket-marked bilingual .txt files can be imported; there is no automatic AI translation. Older versions skip bilingual songs and cannot open them.
- Smart Text Fit and Reflow: text fits the slide automatically, and Reflow in the editor re-splits long text, including Scripture passages.
- Autopilot can change the Bible translation by voice (for example "Switch to Portuguese"). It still goes through Preview and TAKE.
- Web Stage: a read-only view of the service for pastors and musicians on your local network. Off by default.
A Sunday Ready check before the service, a simplified Volunteer Mode, Quick Rescue search with Cmd/Ctrl+K, and Autopilot that follows Bible reading.
- Sunday Ready: a pre-service check that tells you in plain words whether the service can run safely (outputs, audio, media, Library, backups) and what to fix first.
- Volunteer Mode: a simplified Sunday workspace for volunteer operators, with only the controls needed to run the service.
- Quick Rescue (Cmd/Ctrl+K): find a song, passage or slide and put it in Preview in seconds, even in the middle of a service.
- Autopilot follows Bible reading: it keeps up with the passage on air, recognises a passage from the words being read, and understands "Open John 3, verse 15 or 16". Nothing airs without Preview and TAKE, and you can cancel during the countdown.
Paste your order of service to build a service in seconds, optional anonymous usage statistics (off by default), and a tab per output with a larger stage layout editor.
- Paste the order of service: paste a list, one item per line, in Prepare and FaithFlow matches each line to songs, readings and slides in your Library. You review the matches before anything is applied.
- Usage statistics are optional and off by default: FaithFlow asks once whether you want to share anonymous usage numbers. Nothing is sent unless you say yes, and you can change your answer or erase what was sent in Settings → Privacy. It never runs on the Live path and never includes your content.
- Outputs: each output now has its own tab, and the stage layout editor is larger and easier to use.
Autopilot follows songs like karaoke, voice commands work without a wake word, more natural requests understood, and Live hints match the keys.
- Autopilot follows songs like karaoke: it tracks the line being sung and advances to the next slide as the last line ends, handles repeated choruses and skipped parts, and ignores talking and instrumental breaks. With a Bible passage on air it follows the reading the same way.
- "Next", "back", "volta", and "próximo" now work without a wake word; new wake words: "Screen", "Projector", "Telão", "Tela", "Projetor" (choose them in Settings → Companion).
- Autopilot understands more requests: "open the hymn…", "let's worship with…", "showed the song…", and titles with numbers like "10,000 Reasons".
- Live hints now match the keys: arrow keys move the slide on air, Shift+arrows move only the Preview. The multi-select toolbar no longer overlaps.
Autopilot (developer preview) understands the second room test: natural commands for songs and Bible, previous-slide shortcuts, and refined suggestions.
- Autopilot (developer preview) understands the second room test: "mostra na tela a música…", "coloca para mim salmos 23", "passa o próximo slide", and the usual mishearings of "next slide" now work.
- "Volta" now means the previous slide (undo is "desfaz").
- Bible references are tried before song titles.
- Short next/back commands after "FaithFlow" are no longer refused.
Autopilot (developer preview): the first request goes straight to the screen, and the phone remote shows what the autopilot is doing.
- Autopilot (developer preview): the first voice request after you start Autopilot now goes straight to the screen without the default countdown.
- Phone remote shows what Autopilot is doing and listens to voice commands while Autopilot is on.
Accessibility, big library performance, per-service undo, media trim handles, and sync cleanup.
- Accessibility: every control works from the keyboard with a visible focus ring, tabs follow the arrow keys, screen readers announce saving, output and Program changes, and reduced motion is honoured in the operator window.
- Big libraries stay fast: lists of 10,000 songs open in about a second, and search and the command palette answer much faster.
- Undo now works per service for remove, duplicate, move, cut and paste; undoing a removal brings back its transition.
- Trim videos and audio by dragging start and end handles on a timeline.
- Sync folders clean up files nobody needs any more (after 30 days, moved to the Drive trash).
Media trimming and crossfading, service sharing options, organization management, improved sync, and consistent app colors.
- Media: trim the start and end of videos and audio, smooth crossfade between background tracks (up to 12 seconds), music ducks while a video with sound plays, and choose a per-item transition (Cut or Dissolve) in the service order. After an unexpected exit, Resume brings the video back near where it was.
- Sharing services: when you share a presentation with another campus or church, choose the campus, the church, or the whole organization.
- Organization management: Owners and Admins can edit the organization's churches and campuses from Settings → Organization.
- Sync: lighter folder writes, this computer's signing key can be rotated (and rotates yearly), and the Library shows items that are no longer on this campus.
- Backup password: forgotten when the restore window closes.
- Consistent colors across the app.
Automatic backups, safer song import, and Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in Portuguese and English.
- Automatic backups: every day and when you open a service for Live, FaithFlow saves your services, Library, templates and media to Documents/FaithFlow Backups (Windows: Documents\FaithFlow Backups). The last 14 backups are kept (7 or 30 depending on your plan). Optional password protection (kept in the system keychain), view the backup list by date, and "Back up now" in Settings > Library & sync.
- Safer song import: the XML reader used for OpenLyrics and ProPresenter files has security updates.
- Terms of Use and Privacy Policy: now available in Portuguese and English at getfaithflow.com/terms and /privacy.
Service order multi-select with Undo, Live layouts, quick messages, timers, and strong backup encryption.
- Service order: select several items (click, Shift-click, Cmd/Ctrl-click) to copy, cut, paste into another service, duplicate, move or delete them, with Undo. The item on air is never removed.
- Live layouts: save how Live is arranged ("Sermon", "Worship", "On my own") and switch with one click.
- Quick messages: save announcements and show them with one tap; the logo remembers its last position.
- Timers: optional alarm at the end of a countdown, "Add timer" in Prepare (starts when it goes on air), timers inside a slide design, and count-to-time that stays correct across daylight-saving changes.
- Backups: optional password protection (strong encryption; a forgotten password cannot be recovered), progress with Cancel for large backups, cleanup of unused media after "Replace everything", and saved versions for templates.
Autopilot understands natural requests, Library matches go on screen, relative Bible verses, and account deletions remove team data.
- Autopilot understands natural requests: "FaithFlow, put the hymn Amazing Grace", "let me see…", "let's sing…", "coloca o hino…", "opened the Bible in Matthew 28 verse 16". It answers to the usual ways speech recognition writes "FaithFlow" (Faith flow, Faithful, Fate flow), and you can add your own in Settings → Companion.
- A strong, unique match from the Library can now go on screen (it is added to the service after the item on air).
- "Verse 2" now means verse 2 of the passage already on screen.
- The Autopilot report shows how the wake word was heard, what was understood, and why something was not done ("Not found: …", "Did you mean …?").
- Accounts: deleting an account now also removes its team data; members are told their access ended.
Services sync with your campus (Plus and up), Live reshapes for small windows, and keyboard shortcuts to clear and restore.
- Services sync with your campus (Plus and up): share a service in Prepare and it appears on every campus computer. The on-air service never changes by itself — you see "Updated on another computer" and choose "Load the update". Conflicts go to the review screen.
- Live on small windows: a much larger slide grid; Preview and Program sit side by side with TAKE, and the side panels fold away (your choice is remembered).
- Settings → Folders: one place for "Import from a folder" and "Sync with your church".
- Live menu: Clear Slide, Clear Background, Clear All and Restore shortcuts (⌘⇧C/M/X/R on macOS, Ctrl+Shift+C/M/X/R on Windows).
- Keep this computer awake during services can now be turned off; the status shows in Outputs. Open-source licenses in Settings → About. Windows: safer folder and account handling. Many layout and Portuguese wording fixes.
Companion Autopilot (developer preview): voice control for a pastor without an operator, with Bible, songs, hymns, pictures and videos, song following, and a complete report of what it heard.
- Companion Autopilot (developer preview): turn it on from Live with ⌥P (macOS) or Alt+P (Windows). Say "FaithFlow, …" to put hymns (by number or title), songs, Scripture, pictures and videos on screen, play or pause a video, go back or jump to black. New content waits a short countdown you can cancel with "cancela" or Esc; "tela preta" works at once.
- It follows the song as it is sung (no skipping ahead unless the band does), never ends the service or changes content without a voice command, and a bright banner shows while it is on.
- Autopilot Report (in the Live menu): see what the microphone heard, what FaithFlow did, and any content it suggested but you did not take.
Companion listens much more carefully with automatic language switching, song following, and smarter Bible detection (developer preview).
- Companion listens more carefully (developer preview): a Bible passage is suggested only when a book and chapter are actually said ("Romanos capítulo 8", "John 3:16") — stray numbers, times and dates never become references. References split across two sentences are understood, and nothing already on screen is suggested again.
- Spoken language defaults to Auto (Portuguese or English per sentence), shown next to "Listening"; changing it applies right away.
- During a song, the Companion suggests the next slide when the singers reach its first line, or the right slide if the band skips ahead.
- Each suggestion shows the words it heard. Optional AI help (your own OpenRouter key) reads only the text, never audio.
Microphone and camera permission on macOS, and the Companion with explicit language switching.
- Microphone and camera on macOS: FaithFlow now asks for permission instead of being refused silently. After updating, use Settings → Companion → Allow microphone (or Test audio in Live) and answer the macOS prompt.
Phone remote as a Plus feature, microphone permission status, and audio test in Live.
- Phone remote is now a regular Plus feature (no longer marked "coming").
- Microphone permission: Settings → Companion and the Companion tab in Live show whether FaithFlow may use the microphone, with "Allow microphone" or "Open System Settings" when it was denied. The macOS prompt is now in your language.
- Test audio in Live: check that sound is coming in before the service, even with voice off — a level meter and a plain answer ("Sound is coming in" / "No sound — check the input or the permission"). Stops on its own after 15 seconds.
Check for updates always answers, Companion's live input level, Shared Library across campuses, and verified sync changes.
- Check for updates always answers: "Checking…", then "Up to date" with the time, "Version X available", or the reason with Retry. During a service it says the update waits until the service ends. New versions reach every computer within about a minute.
- Companion (developer preview): a live input level next to "Listening", a short "Heard: …" line that fades on its own (never saved), and a "No signal" warning when the audio stops.
- Shared Library across campuses (Pro, early access): templates can be published to campuses — read-only there, with "Duplicate to my campus" and "Update from source".
- Every synced change is now signed by the computer that made it; changes that can't be verified are held, never applied or deleted. Owners and Admins review them in Settings → Sync folder → Held changes and can apply or discard each one, and every decision is recorded.
Phone remote Bible to Preview, Companion's multilingual typed commands and hints, and a layout fix for sync folder cards.
- Phone remote: send Bible passages from the phone to Preview on the computer right away, and the phone confirms "Sent to Preview".
- Companion: typed commands work in English and Portuguese (next/próximo, back/voltar, black/preto, clear/limpar). Bible references like "Mateus 28:3", "mt 28 3" or just "mateus" open in Preview. A command that cannot run now says why, and typos get a "Did you mean…?" hint.
- Settings > Sync folder: the suggested folder cards no longer squeeze the text; long paths wrap and the "Use this folder" button stays in place. Same fix for the sync conflicts list.
A sync conflicts screen, the Viewer role locked out of Live, and a shared Library across campuses.
- Sync conflicts screen: when the folder and this computer changed the same item, Library shows a Review button with both versions side by side. Choose Keep mine, Use theirs or Keep both, one by one or in bulk. Content on air is never changed.
- Viewer role: every way to put something on air (keys, clicker, double-click, menus, Bible) is disabled, with the reason shown.
- Shared Library across campuses (Pro, early access): items can belong to the Organization, a church or a campus, and each computer receives its Organization, its church and its campus. Nothing is deleted when a plan changes.
Back up and restore, saved versions, a song usage report for CCLI, more stage screens and a broadcast output.
- Back up and restore (Settings > Library & sync > Back up and restore): save everything (services, Library, templates, media) to one .faithflow file and restore it on this or another computer, as copies or replacing everything. A safety copy is taken first, and it never runs during a service.
- Saved versions: the Library keeps the last 20 versions of each presentation. Restore any of them from the inspector without losing the others.
- Song usage (CCLI): every song that airs is recorded. See the counts by date range and export a CSV for your CCLI report.
- Plus and up: up to four stage screens, each with its own layout, and a broadcast output with lower-third text on a key colour for your streaming software.
- Email sign-in codes now arrive in your app language.
Team sign-in with roles, a stage layout editor, more import formats and a signed plan.
- Team (Plus: 3 people, Pro: unlimited): members invited on getfaithflow.com sign in on their own computer and use the organization's plan and their role (Viewer, Operator or Admin). Roles never change during a live service, and a removed member goes back to Free without losing anything.
- Stage layout editor (Outputs > Stage layout): build the stage screen from boxes (current and next slide, notes, clock, timers, message, Scripture reference, song key) or start from Lyrics + next, Pastor, Band or Minimal clock. Message presets become one-tap buttons in Live.
- Import .ppt, .pps, .ppsx and .odp files (converted with Keynote, PowerPoint or LibreOffice when one is installed).
- Your plan is now signed by the FaithFlow server and checked on this computer. After updating, a paid plan can show as Free for a few seconds until the first sync; this never happens during a service.
A phone remote, background music and larger videos.
- Phone remote (Plus and up, off by default): Settings > Live & outputs > Remote. Phones on the same Wi-Fi open the page, enter the PIN and get Next/Previous, TAKE (with confirmation), Black, Clear/Restore and Bible to Preview, depending on their profile. A phone never has more permission than the operator and never ends the service.
- Background music: Live > Audio with play/pause, next/previous, repeat, volume and fade. Audio files (MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, FLAC) work in the Library and as service items. Black fades the music and Restore resumes it.
- Sound output device for the main output (Windows; on Mac FaithFlow uses the system output).
- Large videos: up to 4 GB, copied with a progress bar.
- The transition setting is now saved on this computer.
Bible and media without a service, a command palette and clearer screens.
- Bible and media without a service: open Live with no service and send a verse or a picture or video to Preview, then TAKE (Go live with Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+Enter). Nothing is saved to the Library unless you choose Save to Library.
- Command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K): find any screen, setting, song, media or service item. It never puts anything on air by itself.
- Live keys: 1-9 put slide N of the current item into Preview, and Shift+Alt+Down/Up jumps to the next or previous item.
- Smaller windows: the minimum is now 1024x640, with a compact Live layout.
- Clearer screens: loading, empty and error states with Try again, and simpler words ("Shared with" instead of "Scope").
- Two-way Library sync is now a released Plus feature.
Clear by layer, church logo and announcements, and a clicker that works in the background.
- Clear by layer: C clears the slide (the background stays), M clears the background, X clears everything (the logo stays) and R restores. Also in the Program monitor's right-click menu.
- Logo and announcements: show your church logo and a lower third or ticker above the slides (Live > Layers). They stay through TAKE, Next and Black, and only change when you change them.
- Clicker in the background (Settings > Live & outputs > Clicker): PageDown and PageUp (and, if you choose, the arrow keys, B and the period) work while another app is in front, only during a live service. Space, Enter and letters are never captured.
- Sign-in, checkout and downloads now have rate limits on our servers to protect accounts.
A calmer layout, two-way Library sync, timers, PDF import and projector safety.
- A layout that no longer scrolls the whole page: each panel scrolls on its own, you can drag the separators between panels (double-click to reset), and Settings has a side menu.
- Two-way sync (Plus and up): a Library folder on this computer (inside Google Drive for desktop, OneDrive or Dropbox it reaches the cloud) and Shared Drive folders. When two people change the same item, both versions are kept and you choose.
- Projector unplugged? The output hides instead of covering your screen, shows Projector disconnected, and comes back on the same display when you plug it in. FaithFlow remembers which display each output uses, and Outputs can identify displays.
- The computer no longer goes to sleep during a live service or while an output is open, and TAKE never waits for saving or syncing.
- Timers: countdown, count to a time and stopwatch on the stage display. A countdown can go to the main screen through Preview and TAKE.
- Import PDF files (one slide per page). PowerPoint slides with tables, charts or SmartArt are kept as pictures (Mac with Keynote) or marked as partial.
- Settings > About has logs and Copy diagnostics. The database is backed up automatically before updates, and a damaged database is set aside, never deleted.
- Fixes: the Black button always shows the real state, switching services quickly never shows the wrong slides, Enter on a slide selects it, group labels are readable, and closing the main output while live asks for confirmation.
Smoother video, a clearer Library and four fixes.
- Fix: four features that were being refused since 0.1.5 work again: change the Bible translation, set the service date, duplicate a service item and the Companion bar.
- Smooth video: a cross dissolve between slides (Outputs > Transition: Dissolve or Cut), looping backgrounds never restart, the next video is preloaded, audio no longer cuts, and Black fades.
- The Library lists your sources: This computer and each watched, sync or Drive folder with its sub-folders.
- Pictures inside a presentation are grouped with that presentation instead of showing up as separate media.
- The Preview placeholder now points to Shift+Right arrow.
Bring a Google Drive folder, and sync folders.
- Bring a Google Drive folder (Starter and up): in Settings > Sync folder copy your FaithFlow address, share a folder from your Drive with it (or use a folder shared by link), paste the link and Verify access. Songs, slides, pictures and videos come into the Library and keep updating.
- Sync folder: use a local folder kept by Google Drive for desktop, OneDrive or Dropbox the same way, without ever slowing down Live.
- Your edits are never overwritten (the folder's version is kept beside yours), nothing is deleted, and what is on air only changes when you choose Update live.
Fix for accounts moved between computers.
- Fix: signing in with an account that has no role on this computer no longer locks you out of Live; you get full access on your own computer.
Video with sound, media cues, faster Live controls, people and roles, and a smarter Library.
- Videos play with sound on the main output, with a transport bar in Live (play, pause, restart, scrub, volume) and fades. Black pauses video and Restore resumes it.
- Put a picture or video on screen without a slide from the Media tab in Live or from the Library (Starter and up).
- Live controls: arrow keys move the slide that is on air, Shift + arrow keys move Preview, double-click a slide to go live, Space and Enter no longer fire while a button or field has focus, and Esc hands the keyboard back.
- Settings has People and roles (who can do what on this computer) and Devices.
- The Library is organized by scope (this computer, campus, church, organization) with versions and copies.
- Remove, reveal or replace a media file and update every slide that uses it.
Menu bar, sign out, safer quitting and Keynote import.
- Menu bar: FaithFlow, File, Edit, View, Live, Window and Help menus (top of the screen on Mac, in the window on Windows). Copy and paste now work everywhere; Cmd/Ctrl+, opens Settings.
- Sign out from Settings > Account or the menu, with an option to remove this computer from your account.
- FaithFlow asks before quitting while a service is live or an output is open.
- Keynote (.key) import: converted with Keynote on Mac when installed (editable text), otherwise slide text and pictures are read directly.
- Google Drive is no longer marked Coming soon.
Library grid view, Media filter and watched folders.
- Library grid view with thumbnails for every item, and a Media filter (pictures and videos you imported now show up).
- Watched folders (Starter and up): pick a folder (for example your Google Drive for desktop folder) and new or changed files come into the Library automatically.
- Google Drive: files already imported are not downloaded twice.
Google Drive import and pictures and videos in Library import.
- Google Drive import (Starter and up): connect your Drive in your account, choose files, and import them from the app.
- Pictures and videos can now be imported into the Library along with presentations.
Bible panel and one-click Go live.
- Bible panel with a button and the Cmd/Ctrl+B shortcut to add Scripture quickly.
- One-click Go live from the service.
- Fix: Home service row.
English and Português, first-run guide and account sign-in.
- The app now speaks English and Português (Brasil).
- First-run guide for new users and a more honest Settings screen.
- Sign in to the app with your account (a 6-digit code sent by email) to unlock your plan on this computer.
- Updated plans: Free, Starter, Plus and Pro.
First update that installs itself.
- Signed update files, so FaithFlow 0.1.0 installs updates automatically from now on.
