Terms of Use
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
FaithFlow is a church presentation and worship-operations product: a desktop app for macOS and Windows, a website and account portal at getfaithflow.com, and related cloud services (accounts, plans, licensing, billing, product updates). It is operated by Willian Gutnik, trading as FaithFlow ("FaithFlow", "we", "us"), contact hello@getfaithflow.com.
These Terms govern your use of the FaithFlow desktop app, website, account portal and cloud services (together, the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these Terms.
2. Accepting these Terms
By creating a FaithFlow account, downloading or using the desktop app or using the website you agree to these Terms. If you use FaithFlow on behalf of a church or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy a plan. If a younger person helps run a church's presentation, that must happen under an adult account holder's responsibility.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You can sign in with email and password, an email code, or Google.
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us promptly at hello@getfaithflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account holder is the subscriber of an organization's plan. Account sharing outside the plan's device and member limits is not allowed (section 6).
4. Plans, seats and limits
FaithFlow has a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Plus and Pro). The current prices, features and limits are shown on the Pricing page and in your account; the plan limits in force when you subscribe are part of your agreement. At the time of writing:
- Free costs nothing and has no time limit: 1 computer, 1 campus, up to 200 Library items, 1 member.
- Starter (USD 9 per month): 2 computers, 1 campus, 1 member, plus stage output, the full design editor, media library, song arrangements and Google Drive folder import.
- Plus (USD 19 per month): 5 computers, 1 campus, 3 members, plus multiple outputs, remote control, cloud sync and roles.
- Pro (USD 49 per month): no fixed limit on computers, campuses or members, plus priority support.
- Some features listed for a plan are still in development and are marked "Coming"; they become available as they ship.
Computers (devices). A computer counts toward your limit when you sign in and activate it. You can free a slot by removing a computer from your account. Members. People you invite to your organization count toward the member limit of the plan while their membership is active.
Limits are enforced by the service. If you go over a limit, or your plan ends or is reduced (including by cancellation, non-payment or a refund, see section 5), the extra computers are deactivated and the app returns to the limits of the Free plan. We design the app so that a service already in progress is not interrupted: the change takes effect after the current service. The app keeps working offline with your last confirmed plan for up to 30 days.
We may change plans, prices, features and limits. A price change for a paid plan applies from your next billing period and we will tell you in advance by email or in the app.
5. Billing, cancellation and refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by Stripe, our payment processor, and renew automatically until cancelled. We never see or store your full card number. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are added where required.
- You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your account. Cancellation stops future charges; your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the account returns to Free.
- Refunds. Fees already paid are not refundable by default. If we issue a refund, the plan is changed as well: a full refund ends the paid plan immediately and the account returns to the Free plan; a partial refund does not by itself change the plan. If a refund is issued but the subscription is not cancelled, a later renewal that is paid restores the paid plan. Statutory withdrawal rights that apply to you as a consumer are not affected.
- Failed payment. If a payment fails, we keep your paid plan for a short grace period (currently 7 days after the paid period ends) while Stripe retries; if payment is not made the account returns to Free.
- Free plan and downgrade: when a plan ends your content stays where it is (on your computer and in your own Google Drive). We do not delete your local content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass its security, plan limits, licensing or device activation (except where the law gives you that right despite this clause);
- share or resell license access beyond your plan's computer and member limits, or use one paid plan for several unrelated organizations;
- use the Service for unlawful, hateful, abusive or infringing content, or to attack others;
- upload malware or content that is intended to harm a computer, or use FaithFlow's Google Drive integration for files you have no right to use;
- send spam or abusive invitations through the team invitation feature;
- use automated means to create accounts or to scrape or overload our servers.
We may suspend or limit an account that breaks these rules or puts the Service or others at risk, and will tell you why where we can.
7. Your content and your Google Drive
- You own your content (songs, slides, media, services, notes and everything else you create or import). We do not claim ownership of it.
- FaithFlow does not store your church's content on its servers. Services, songs, slides and media live on your computers. If you use cloud sync or Google Drive folders, the content goes between your computers and your own Google Drive, which Google provides to you under Google's terms; our servers keep only the folder identifiers and who connected them. We give you a per-organization FaithFlow address (a Google service account) that you share your folder with; you can stop at any time by un-sharing the folder.
- You are responsible for having the rights and licenses (for example song, CCLI, Bible translation, image and video licenses) needed for what you display or distribute with FaithFlow. FaithFlow does not grant them. The built-in report helpers (such as the CCLI report) are tools for your own record keeping and are generated on your computer; you remain responsible for what you report.
- You give us only the limited permission needed to operate the features you use (for example, to read a Drive folder you shared with your FaithFlow address when you ask the app to sync it).
- Optional "AI help" in the Companion works only if you add your own OpenRouter key: the app then sends text you choose to your OpenRouter account under their terms. FaithFlow does not supply or resell that service.
8. Software, updates and early access
The desktop app is licensed to you, not sold: we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use it on the computers allowed by your plan, subject to these Terms. FaithFlow and its third-party components remain subject to their own licenses (see the third-party notices shipped with the app). The app checks for updates from our update feed while idle and may install them to fix problems and add features; updates are never applied in the middle of a live service by design. Early-access and 0.x builds may contain bugs: keep backups of important content (the app can create local backups) and test before relying on any version for a live event.
9. Team members and organizations
If you invite people to your organization, you confirm that you may share their email address with us for that purpose and that they use FaithFlow under your organization's plan. Organization administrators can add, change and remove members and can see members' names, emails and roles for that organization. When access ends, the person's own FaithFlow account stays theirs. You are responsible for removing people who should no longer have access.
10. Availability and support
We aim to keep the cloud services available but do not promise uninterrupted service. The desktop app is built to keep working during a service if the internet is lost or our servers are down. Support is by email at hello@getfaithflow.com; Pro includes priority support.
11. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that voice recognition, Bible-reference matching, imports or other automated features are always correct; you are responsible for reviewing what goes on screen. Consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law are not affected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for any loss caused by a service you ran, missed or had interrupted. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event that gave rise to the claim (or USD 50 if you use only the Free plan). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from content you display or import without the necessary rights, or from your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using FaithFlow and close your account at any time (ask us at hello@getfaithflow.com; see the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes). We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment or legal reasons, and may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. On termination your license to the app ends, but local files and your Google Drive content remain yours. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.
15. Intellectual property and feedback
FaithFlow, its logo and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are transferred. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect and tell you what changed. If you keep using the Service after the effective date you accept the new Terms; if you do not agree, you may cancel before then.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply and you may bring a claim in your home courts where the law allows.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is unenforceable the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale of the business. Notices to you may be sent to your account email; notices to us go to the address in the Contact section. Where a Portuguese translation is provided it is for convenience.
