Is FaithFlow Free really free?
Yes. Free runs a complete service — lyrics, slides, public-domain Scripture, import, Live with Preview and TAKE, one main output and crash recovery. No credit card and no time limit.
Why subscribe before every feature ships?
Everything on the Starter card works in the app today, and so do two-way Library sync, phone remote control and team members with roles on Plus and Pro (invite people at getfaithflow.com/app/team; their roles apply on every computer they sign in to). Plus and Pro also include features still on the way (licensed Bible translations, multi-campus), marked “Coming”; subscribing reserves your plan at today's price and each feature unlocks as it ships. Sign in to the desktop app with your account (FaithFlow 0.1.2 and later) to unlock your plan.
How do team members work?
Plus includes 3 team members and Pro is unlimited. Invite people at getfaithflow.com/app/team; each signs in on their own computer, uses your plan and gets the role you chose: Admin, Editor, Operator or Viewer. A Viewer can look but can never put anything on air, and roles never change during a live service.
Does it need the internet during a service?
No. Your service runs on your computer, and losing the internet never stops what is on screen. Sign-in, sync and updates use the internet but never wait for it during a service, and a change from another computer never alters what is on air.
What about the voice Companion?
The Companion listens on your own computer (speech never leaves it), suggests Bible verses and the next slide, and has an Autopilot mode. It is a developer preview and is not part of Free, Starter, Plus or Pro today.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Manage billing in your account. You keep Free forever.
Who handles payments?
Stripe. FaithFlow never sees or stores your card details.
