An alternative to ProPresenter

Run Sunday with confidence.

FaithFlow is church presentation software for macOS and Windows. Bring the slides your ministry already has, rehearse in Preview, and put nothing on screen until you press TAKE — free to start, no credit card.

Early-access build — installers are not yet code-signed; Windows build is in testing. How to install

  • macOS + Windows
  • Free forever plan
  • No credit card
  • Works offline
FaithFlow Live: the next slide waiting in Preview while the current slide stays on the Program screen.

Switch without rebuilding everything

FaithFlow opens the files your ministry already has. What it can't open, you rebuild once in the editor and reuse every Sunday.

  • Import from ProPresenter, PowerPoint (.pptx and .ppt), Keynote, OpenDocument (.odp) and OpenLyrics
  • PDF import, one slide per page
  • Your originals stay untouched: editing a service never changes the Library item it came from.
  • Pictures inside a presentation stay with it, organized by source and folder.
FaithFlow song arrangement: Verse 1, Chorus, Verse 2, Chorus, Bridge, Chorus repeated

Song arrangements

Save the way your church actually sings the song.

Verse, Chorus, Bridge — arrange once, reuse every Sunday. Repeat a chorus without duplicating slides.

  • Arrangements saved with the song
  • Slides split automatically from lyrics
  • Import existing presentations

What you get today

Free is a whole service, not a trial.

Everything below ships in the app today. Starter adds the design, media and stage tools; Plus adds team members, sync and more screens; Pro lifts the limits.

  • 1 device
  • 200 library items
  • 1 team member
  • One main output for the congregation
  • macOS and Windows
  • Live with Preview, Program and TAKE, with recovery after a crash
  • Import from ProPresenter, PowerPoint (.pptx and .ppt), Keynote, OpenDocument (.odp) and OpenLyrics

Questions from teams making the switch

How do I move my library from ProPresenter?

Import your ProPresenter files directly, plus PowerPoint, PDF and OpenLyrics. Pictures inside a presentation come with it, and your Library stays organized by source and folder.

Does the service keep running if the internet drops?

Yes. Your service runs on your computer, and losing the internet never stops what is on screen. And if the app itself crashes, FaithFlow recovers your service.

What does the Free plan include?

A whole service: songs and slides, public-domain Scripture, import, Live with Preview, Program and TAKE, one main output and crash recovery — 200 library items on 1 device, free forever with no credit card.

Is FaithFlow an alternative to EasyWorship too?

If you are comparing alternatives to ProPresenter or EasyWorship, start with the Free plan: it runs a complete service with no credit card and no time limit, so you can judge on a real Sunday.
